Built around a busy workshop
A phone often rings while someone is working on a vehicle or speaking with a customer. MotorCall AI is being developed to provide a first response when your team cannot answer. The initial pilot focuses on collecting useful details, rather than promising workshop capacity that has not been checked.
What a service enquiry should include
The proposed call flow collects the caller’s name, callback number, vehicle registration, requested work and preferred date. Your team can then review the enquiry, clarify the work and confirm a suitable appointment. The caller should understand that their request is awaiting confirmation.
Your garage sets the boundaries
Provide approved opening hours, location, services and any prices you want quoted. Questions outside those details go to a person. The assistant should not diagnose faults, estimate repair costs without approved information or tell a caller that an unsafe vehicle is safe to drive.
Start with one call flow
A useful pilot is unanswered calls for one location. We would agree the forwarding arrangements with your existing telephone provider, test realistic enquiries and review the handovers with your team before expanding the scope.
Your questions, answered.
Will I have to change my garage number?
We assess forwarding from your existing number first. Availability and charges depend on your telephone provider.
Does this replace our service adviser?
The proposed service handles a defined first response. Your staff remain responsible for technical advice, quotes and confirmation.
Can I try a live agent today?
The website contains prerecorded samples and a scripted preview. Live answering must be configured and tested for your pilot.
